Production Process
- Fermenters produce raw gas that is fed into the system of foam trap for removal of foam
- Booster blower is used to push the gas into the series of scrubbing systems passing through pre water scrubber, KMNO4 scrubber with dosing facilities
- In this, the CO2 gas is washed properly using water
- After this, the raw gas is buffered in a vessel
- From there, it enters into the two stage CO2 compressor for compression up to a desired pressure
- The raw gas is fed into the dual tower activated carbon filter in which its odor is removed completely
- The raw gas is passed through the high pressure precooler into the dual tower CO2 dryer and then into liquefaction system and nox removal tower
- At the end, the liquid goes directly to the storage tank where the gas stores for a particular period of time
