Each and every cylinder is carefully examined for any possible failure prior to filling. Our filling station is wisely integrated with scrubbers that creates vacuum in the cylinder so as to avoid any amount of dangerous gas in the cylinder after filling and closing.

CO2 Cylinder Filling System is a universal unit, specifically developed for rapid filling of cylinders with gas. The filling system is designed to avoid high temperature excursions while filling high pressure CO2 cylinders. It is integrated with filling pump, transfer pump, manifold and filling machine for continuous operation.
Accuracy and continuity are the two features that make our filling systems high in demand in market. One of the major advantages in this system is that it doesn't require lubricating oils for gears as it is done by liquid CO2 only. Quick connect filling heads ensure rapid filling and fill control box is integrated to avoid any loss of gas or liquid.
CO2 Filling Machine is a one stop solution specially designed to accurately fill CO2 cylinders by weight. These are capable of filling high pressure CO2 cylinders. Integrated with two filling stands and twin fill control box, the machine ensures continuous operation. There are also electronic weighing indicators with weighing platforms and quick connect filling heads. These machines are also used to fill fire extinguishers with CO2.

CO2 Filling Manifold is developed as a smart solution for small demand of CO2. It ensures maximum flexibility and continuous gas supply. We have integrated two headers in the manifold, each having provision for filling 30 cylinders at a time. Post production in plants, the liquids and gases are filled in the cylinders by these manifolds. In addition to this, the system is also incorporated with pressure reducing valve station RV100 and cylinder support racks. We have four standard sizes of cylinder manifold systems and others can be made available on request. CO2 Transfer Pump is specially designed and engineered to move large quantities of carbon dioxide between two low pressure vessels. The pump is integrated with precision-cut, interlocking gears to boost the liquid carbon dioxide through the pressure vessels. One of the major advantages with these pumps is that the gears installed are lubricated by the liquid CO2, thus, eliminating the requirement of oil. The model of transfer pump, we design is reversible, thus it avoids the requirement of troublesome loading and discharge pipework arrangements.
