CO2 Dryers are used extensively in industries like food & beverage for the removal of moisture and impurities in CO2 gas. The dryer is controlled with PLC (programmable logic controller). The equipment is specifically intended for reducing or eliminating point-of-use impurities in gases such as hydrogen, helium, methane, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. This ensures a continuous supply of clean and dry gas. These dryers are developed such that a small quantity of dry CO2 purge is generated with the regeneration of desiccant at higher temperature.

Cooling Towers are specifically intended for CO2 plant. These are made of good quality fiberglass that ensures protection from corrosion. Vaporizers & Evaporators are one of the widely used equipments for carbon dioxide plants. We offer two types of vaporizers, ambient CO2vaporizer and water heated CO2 vaporizer to clients.
Water Heated CO2 Vaporizer - This is a shell and tube heat exchanger. In this vaporizer, circulating water discharge its heat that is used to vaporize liquid carbon dioxide. This reduces the plant refrigeration load as any water that needs to be cool down can be used. The supply of liquid CO2 will automatically shut off as soon as any interruption in water flow or drop in the CO2 gas temperature or pressure will be recorded.
Ambient CO2 Vaporizer - This is an evaporating coil type heat exchanger. In this vaporizer, ambient air is blown across the dual set of evaporating coils at a minimum temperature of 50°F (10°C). This air generates the heat used to vaporize the liquid CO2. There are installed dual coils that are used to defrost the ice formed due to humidity in the air. This ensures no risk of reduction in heat transfer and CO2vaporizing capacity.
Integrated with advanced technology, our Control Panels are the effective and user friendly solution for automation in carbon dioxide plants process controls. With these panels, the supply of gas can be locked when not required. This results in remarkable reduction in the cost of fuels and overall price. The panels are fully automatic and incorporated with PLC program for the ease in operations.
CO2 Testing Bench is an important part of any carbon dioxide production, filling and recovery system. This is specifically intended for providing reliable cylinder testing instrumentation in accordance with international rules. In this system, along with cylinder testing, hydro pressure pump and complete measuring setup is also provided. This testing bench is used extensively in industries to measure the enlargement of cylinder at the utmost pressure, if it is within the permissible limit or not. .
